Extremely thorough. Goes above and beyond for me anytime I need to be seen. The staff is amazing , and doctor bell is by far the best Primary Care Physician I've ever had! 10/10

Great staff always makes you feel they care about you

Dr. Bell and his staff are always very professional and personable. They make "going to the doctor" an experience not to be dreaded.

The nurse was very polite and did her job. Doctor Bell is always kind and attentive to my needs. Now I have this to say, I was sent medical information on the mychart. I attempted to look at this and the site was very user unfriendly. The site would not let me see my medical results so I have no clear answers whatsoever as to what my condition results are at this time. This is not good for me or any other person who has this issue. It seems to me there are issues that need solving and No one is there in the IT Department doing this for me or anyone else. I would highly advise who ever reads this review to look into this matter and not only quickly resolve the issue but contact me personally with what my results were being I cannot even get the information online and even then I am no medical person to fully understand whats going on with my body. I feel I am owed this as a patient. I want to add to this as my mother visits this same office and No one calls her to inform her each and every time when she is sent to see a specialist. This is critical for her as she does not understand all this medical information like me. It seems very obvious that many want these medical positions but the personnel do not want to contact those of us who help pay their salaries and benefits packages when we should be given that as a customer of FirstHealth. FirstHealth executives need to look into these issues and get the priority right for the patient.

This is a family practice that pays attention to the needs of the patient and the family and knows what's going on with them and does the best to either give them or refer them to the best possible care.

It was my first time going to him so all in all I'm pleased. He only had my medical history that was sent to him. So yes I am satisfied over all.
