Awesome customer service

The PA listened to all the information about my pain and how long this has been going on. I had X-rays over a month ago and all the PA said was that I had arthritis in my neck and he'd put in orders for therapy and he did mention Pain therapy which I chose to try. The PA felt my shoulder where I was having pain and said she felt like it was more muscle than arthritis would I want to try a steroid shot if insurance would cover it and so it did and then she had me show her 3 places that really hurt and she did the shots and said she would have me back in 3 months. I can say I have had very little pain at all since this appointment and I am so appreciative that she took the time to suggest those shots best it has helped me so much. Thank you Whitney for what you did for me that day.

Dr. Albright and her staff are excellent to deal with. They seem to know all their business. They know their customers well. And she takes her time and listens well. I can't say enough good things about her.

The nurse is really nice and the provider is well informed and very nice. I highly recommend this provider and her staff as one of the best.
