First health is number one in my book with healthcare they always take care of me and my family.

I had a phone call from your office today and it came across not connected to an office. So I tend not to answer phone calls that I don't know where they're coming from. And when I tried to call back, I didn't really get in touch with anybody. And they haven't called me back yet. It's concerning lab results. So I don't know what's going on. That's basically it. Just the not being able to speak to a person when you call back. Thanks.

Sick! And sat there in misery for THREE hours. Not appropriate.

My provider really helped me out with my elbow pain. I really that release from that pain. I felt the difference before I got home. Thank you Albright.

I felt like the provider was too busy trying to push their own wants on me versus what the referral was done for which was pain management via medication. I didn't feel heard and she didn't seem to have known my previous history as the things she recommended I was not allowed to do due to allergies, surgeries, etc.

I just want to say that Ms. Albright is absolutely a wonderful provider. I'm new to her, so I've only seen her a couple times. Prior to that, I was going to Pinehurst for several years, but I am really glad that I switched to her. She listens to me. We talk about things. She gives me ideas, feedback. Any questions I have, she never makes me feel like I'm bothering her. She takes her time with me. The nurse that checked me in was wonderful and I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but very nice, very friendly, and just the whole atmosphere is really nice. So I just want to say this is a very wonderful facility and I'm glad that I am now

I love the staff here. Even when they're extremely busy, as was the case this last visit, they never make me feel like they're rushing to move on. I feel heard and important.
