Everybody was wonderful. They got all my questions answered and get me on the right path. And your receptionist is the greatest. I love them all. But your receptionist is really wonderful. Okay, thank you.

It was a very successful visit with the doctor. She did everything very good.

The nurse and the front desk people were both very great. Ms. Albright, I mean, she did no examination and really all she did was refill medicines. She didn't go over any symptoms or any of that kind of stuff. It was strictly a renewal of medication and she did nothing else or ask about nothing else.

¹ to let me have my muscle relaxer medicine because it helps me from having knots coming up on my neck. Different thing's happening when I don't take my muscle relaxer.

Dr. Whitney Albright and her staff are wonderful. They always listen to me and explain things to me whenever needed. I highly recommend this staff and facilility.

The only issue that I had with the clinic is when they issue the pain meds, people like me are on palliative care. When they issue the pain meds, the pharmacy don't always have it in stock. So there needs to be a sense of urgency when I had to go out and find my own pharmacy that had the prescription and then get it moved over and they failed that First Health failed to follow up and get back to them in a timely manner. So I had to chase them for basically two edges to meet the weekend. So that needs to improve.

This day was not what I normally experience here. There were at least two others waiting in the waiting room when I arrived. I did over hear the receptionist say to someone that they were very busy this morning. (Most times I don't even see another person in the waiting room.) Even with that, I did not wait any longer than usual in the waiting room or in the exam room. I spoke with the Nurse and Whitney Albright quite extensively and nothing came across as RUSHED. I appreciate their attentiveness and comfortable atmosphere they provide as they go through a busy morning as if it were not.

My wife and I were very impressed by the professionalism and excellent medical service. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of help.

Everyone there was attentive, thorough, and did a very, very good job. And I always enjoy going to that office, and I would recommend it highly to anyone.

I am very greatful to part of this facility. They are right in town. Fantastic service, and staff.
