I was under the impression that I would have a prescription and as far as I know, it has not, a prescription has not been called in to my provider. And it was for a UTI. So I'd like a, I left a message yesterday to the nurse and her voicemail and I haven't heard back.

Dr.Fasolak is a ROCK STAR PHYSICIAN. I have 100 percent confidence to be in his care for my medical needs.

The clinic is clean and the staff and Doctor were very Professional. The care is impecable.
