Dr. Farrah and his staff are efficient, kind and professional. I so appreciate their care every time I see them.

I always feel special. they take time to listen.

I visited Dr. Farrah for a new patient evaluation. The front office staff was exceptionally proficient and accommodating, and processed my paperwork quickly. Dr. Farrah demonstrated a high level of skills, clarity, and understanding by explaining the what I needed to do for continuity of care. He explained everything in detail, ensuring I understood all instructions. I felt completely confident in the care provided and would recommend this practice for anyone needing primary care.

There didn't seem to be anyone in the office waiting to be seen so I did wonder why I had to wait for 25 minutes to be seen, then wait more after in the examination area. We have to be on time or early for these appointments, as you say the doctors scheduled asks for it and just expects it.....my time is also valuable and it doesn't seem to be respectful of us to be consistently waiting....and it being dismissed as "just the norm"....its rude, and I wish this would be corrected.

Agreat doctor and understanding

The clinic is temporarily experiencing a staffing shortage due to another FirstHealth clinic that they are helping with their staffing shortage. They still did a great job of getting me in and seen in a timely fashion.
