The staff is very personable and Dr Farrah is so down to earth and easy to talk to. I love the feel of this office. Everyone that assisted me was very respectful and professional, especially the girl at check-in/check-out ( long hair with glasses) not sure of her name, also lab tech very friendly! I never dread going to the doctor ?

The Troy Primary/Cardiology Clinic provides the best medical care I have ever experienced. Shoutouts to Dr. Farrah, Nurses Carolyn and Crystal. Even the lab tech was friendly, efficient and professional. Tests results came back with input from Dr. Farrah in a very timely manner. I drive 1 hour for care at this clinic when I have the choice of Winston-Salem and Greensboro in half the distance. I will continue to use First Healthcare as long as I can make the drive. Excellent care
