A native of Fayetteville, Ross graduated from Cape Fear High School. He’s served the Cumberland County community since 2005 and has been with EliteCare since 2014. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University. With nearly two decades of experience in patient care, Ross remains committed to providing high-quality medical services to the community. Ross said he is excited about the opportunity to join the FirstHealth network.

There was an emergency ahead of my appointment so that explains my first few answers dealing with waiting time. I was still seen and did not feel that I was rushed to catch up time.

Less waiting was good. Team actions purposeful. I like that they could put notes in chart right then. The MyChart easy to access. The My chart summary display much easier to see test results at glance.

With trepidation, I waited three months for this appointment to establish a new primary care physician and Dr. Ross did not disappoint! He was very kind, a great listener, patient, of course, very knowledgeable with my situation and provided me with a path to a solution. From the receptionist to the nurses, everyone was very pleasant! I would highly recommend Dr. Ross and this facility. Thank you.
