A native of Fayetteville, Ross graduated from Cape Fear High School. He’s served the Cumberland County community since 2005 and has been with EliteCare since 2014. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University. With nearly two decades of experience in patient care, Ross remains committed to providing high-quality medical services to the community. Ross said he is excited about the opportunity to join the FirstHealth network.

I have no complaints. This facility has always been in perfect conditions, the staff starting from front seat, nurses, lab nurses, physicians have always been on point to listen, care and perform. I recommend my Dr. whom is Travis Ross all the time on social media and around town. Great team.

The only reason there were any ones was because they were not applicable and I did not hear that at the end when we first started. Everything was absolutely wonderful and I do appreciate Travis and his listening and he's very personable. I will definitely be back.

I'm very happy with First Health, however I'm not at all happy with United Healthcare insurance! If you have a list of other insurance companies that you are affiliated with please send me a referral of one that can effectively fill my prescriptions fully! And not regulate my prescriptions on their ability to pay ! Other than an absolute ( no) I would be willing to discuss a copay arrangement or generic option on wegovy!
