From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted very politely and professional. The nurse greeted me very shortly in, took me to an exam room. She was very polite and professional as well. Dr. Pokharel greeted me very shortly and spent more than enough time listening to my concerns and providing answers. I cannot say enough good things about the way I was treated, the professionalism of the staff, the comfort I felt in the presence of the medical staff and the office staff. My doctor is the best I ever had, can't say enough good about him

It was clear that Dr. Pokharel had read all my information and knew every detail of my medical history. He has extensive knowledge and I have complete confidence in the medical care that I get from him. I am lucky to have such a good doctor.

This was my initial visit with Dr Pokharel. We had a lengthy discussion about my medical history and I felt comfortable with our discussion. I am happy that he is now my PCP.

The staff at FirstHealth 7 Lakes are very professional, friendly and patient oriented. From check in, getting called back by Amy, to Dr. P coming into the room was very well organized. Dr. P as always, knew my medical history, offered great recommendations, and he is such a caring person. The lab tech was outstanding at her profession and has an outstanding personality. Job well done by all I had contact with during my appointment.
