From being greeted kindly at the window to the pleasant attitudes of the lab tech and intake nurse, my children and I were met w kindness, curiosity and respect. Dr Wilkins listened, gave easily digestible feedback, allotted sufficient time and was very easy to connect w. Both of my children felt at ease w his bedside manner. I genuinely appreciated the fact that my personal health choices were weighed and respected. I was advised on the importance of vaccinations, but was not treated poorly for my choice in opting out of them for now. This mutual respect left me w a feeling of wanting to be a proactive participant in my own medical health journey. I have had very negative past experiences in relating w medical staff in how I've chosen to approach my medical care (deferring vaccines due to an ongoing, yet-to-be-diagnosed blood issue w my kids and I), and wanted to stress how important this small allowance affects the overall patient experience. Medical staff should never berate a patient for how they choose to approach their own health journey and I deeply appreciate the fact I was respected in that regard. I am very pleased w my experience and highly recommend. Thank you to their great staff for redeeming some very negative experiences for me.
