From the registration staff to imaging, nursing and the provider, all were extremely caring, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. I felt in very good hands from start to finish and would highly recommend and use this facility again if/when needed.

It is always so reassuring to have the urgent care clinic open when we have a need over the weekend. Thank you so much for the staff and doctors there.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly and we were taken care of very quickly. I was so thankful when I left.

The doctor that saw my child told me to stop feeding my 6 month old baby (who is already underweight in the 19th percentile) no formula or breastmilk and only give her pedialyte for 24hrs... because she was congested. She has a cough and runny nose and that was what he told me to do. Thankfully I am educated enough to know that starving my child for 24hrs and giving her a sugary drink is not going to solve her congestion. I'm genuinely appalled by the medical advice given to me and will not be returning to this practice. We saw Dr. Tom.

After reading my visit summary from the doctor, it showed untrue facts. RN recorded 6/10 pain level & he only reported 3/10. Big difference to me. At 3, pain is tolerable. Told RN 6/7 is most painful before decision to go to ER. Medicine prescribed works until end of day & worse by morning if can get comfortable to sleep even. Appreciate convenient care so not waste time.

When I got my prescription filled, the pharmacist said, you should not take this because you are allergic to penicillin. My chart showed that I'm allergic to penicillin and yet I was given a prescription, this prescription. I called my PCP and she prescribed something different. This was disturbing to me that I got to the pharmacist and was told I shouldn't have been prescribed that. Thank you very much. Goodbye.
