Dr. Tom was excellent and handled my situation.

We see in and out in about 15 minutes. Dr remembered my daughter from prior visit which is unexpected but nice. Was an easy peasy visit!

I was impressed with FirstHealth Convenient Center! I was not shown the X-Rays! The only thing was that they not show me the X-Rays!!

Waited 1 1/2 hour to be seen. Seems to be under staffed.

Considering that there was only one provider that day, I was seen appropriately.

Very long wait time and was not aware of it so t wait till hours got there at 3:05 and got out around 6:00

I waited a long time in the waiting area. Apparently there were 4 people ahead of me but only saw 2 came out.

Everyone was very efficient and did their jobs well.

Dr. Tom was extremely helpful, professional, and compassionate throughout my visit. He took my symptoms seriously, performed a thorough evaluation, and immediately referred me to an eye specialist. That referral ultimately led to the discovery of a retinal detachment that required emergency surgery to save my vision. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Tom quick action, expertise, and attention to detail. His ability to recognize the urgency of my condition made all the difference. Thank you, Dr. Tom, for your outstanding care and for helping uncover a serious issue when time was critical. I truly appreciate everything you did for me.

The doctor was not familiar with my medical history. When I told him about it, he didn't even care to look it up or research it to figure out how that plagiarist. I also haven't received all of my test results back.
