Thomas “Bucky” Brown, PA-C, MMS, joined FirstHealth Fayetteville ENT and Facial Plastics in 2024.
A Fayetteville native, Brown earned his Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2009 from East Carolina University. He completed his Master of Medical
Science, Physician Assistant Studies in 2013 from Methodist University.
Brown focuses on adult and pediatric otolaryngology, recurrent and difficult-to-treat infections and non-surgical evaluation and management of head and neck masses. Brown is board certified.
Outside of work, Brown enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and he enjoys cooking, playing golf and being on the water.
