Theresa took the time to find the right diagnosis for me which other doctors had waved away as nothing to worry about! I now know I have an autoimmune disease! She is terrific!

She was kind and thorough.

The doctor, the physician, and the nurses were extremely excellent at your facility. However, your front desk staff really needs some professionalism and work. They were, one lady was extremely rude, short, playing on her phone the whole time, acted like she was bothered that she had to check in patients. However, your physicians and your nurses were extremely great.

You did a wonderful job. You was on time and you showed your care. Thank you.

Yeah, I accidentally pressed no that he didn't listen to me on one of them. It was fours across the board. It was great. The whole experience was amazing. The doctor was awesome.

A lot of sick patients. The waiting room was full, but I only waited a little over an hour. I've been there before this visit and I will definitely go back.

We were real impressed about the doctor's care. He listened to our issues and came up with some good solutions and medications to help get us better.

The wait entirely too long. I was told multiple times " you are next". I was the sickest one in the waiting area- I know when you don't feel well , but the wait was ridiculous

Best Urgent Care ever!!!

Even though the wait time was a little long, as to be expected on a weekend during flu season, we had a really good experience. The provider took a lot of time with us, asked a bunch of questions, and really tried to help us get to the bottom of what was going on with our child. The provider didn't rush us or make us feel silly for bringing in our child. They made us feel seen, and I am so grateful to have the peace of mind thanks to this provider.

Everybody was so kind and attentive to us. They went out of their way to be empathetic and caring and gave us good options to choose from for her care.

My wife and I love Hamlet location. There is never a lot of paperwork fill out your wait time is not long. And they're very professional and courteous.
