Excellent all the way around

Theresa was very professional and she did a great job. She was not responsible for the slow traffic through there. She was the only one working at that time. So that's the reason why we had to wait. But as far as her work and how she went about it, her and all the staff, they were very professional and I was very pleased with them. I would most definitely go and recommend them to other people as well. Thank you.

Every one was really nice.

The staff was great and the facility is wonderful. But those in charge of determining how many medical providers are available need to look at overall demands. I had a 1:15pm appointment and arrived at 1pm as directed. It was 4pm before I was seen because of there being only 1 provider at the time. This is not acceptable. I will call and ask how many providers are currently at the location before I make a decision to return.

The facility was very clean, quiet & the atmosphere calm. Everyone was very professional & made you feel like you were there for the best care. I was impressed with the experience & will definitely recommend & return.

The ladies at the front check-in desk were amazing. They were kind and attentive to my daughter and made her feel comfortable. They truly went above and beyond and made such a wonderful experience for my daughter, and I'm forever grateful. Thank you for the stellar service!!

The length of time I sat in the room was ridiculous. X-rays were ordered and then the wait time afterwards was again, ridiculous. I finally walked out of the room and told the receptionist that I was getting ready to leave. I was there 2 hours. The receptionist was headed to get the practitioner but she was coming out of another room. I asked her to give me an anabiotic prescription so I could leave.

I had a good experience, and sm of the res I lts I was expecting.They were able to x-ray the area I needed to tackle the issue! Grateful!?

Efficient and competent

The provider said she sent a referral for me to the orthopedic clinic next door and that I would be hearing from them on Monday. Today is Tuesday and I have heard nothing.
