I've been seeing my provider Teressa Stanton for a few years now and I would not change it. She's very attentive to listen to what I say, and she explains what and why about any concerns I have about my health.

They are warm and very caring.

You are having computer problems. It's not your people. Your computer did exactly the same thing to me when I called in my pre-visit last Friday. It was refusing to take dosage information. It just changed a refill prescription that Taressa wrote for me yesterday to one I had filled last month. Thankfully, her nurse caught it & called me to confirm it was wrong. Everything else was perfect, but you need that computer worked on before it hurts, or kills somebody.

Nice to have PCM who actually hears when you speak.
