I have not been to your clinic recently and have been seen this month by a Cardiologist so I think you may have sent this to my text in error. So whomever was seen has not received your survey, because it was not me being seen.

Everyone was very excited professional and caring. The ultrasound technician was extremely helpful. I was there early do to having a doctor appointment early that morning. So I went ahead to the hospital to see if they could go ahead and see me way ahead of my appointment time. They did get me worked in.
