I am getting tired of your surveys if I get another one, I will start looking for another provider. I have never been mistreated or anything like that with First help that's why I'm still a patient, but your surveys are getting to be a pain in the keister.

I think the world of Dr. Haley, she has helped me more than once with my back issues. Very compassionate

Well, I have metals and plates in my body now, and I'm in excruciating pain, and she's very knowledgeable of my record, and she went through it very well. But I think I'm being prejudged on the opioids, because I'm a prescribed galloping with pins and rods in my body, but apparently I had positive stuff to drug tests and that I had no reason for being in the hospital for. And I've been after this surgery with the pins and rods, I've also been prescribed opioids several times, like three, four times, like over 10 pills, and I seem to do just fine with them. I don't think I got went crazy or overdose or anything like that, but the provider is very against anything that really provides any pain to me. And keep saying that we're very ?
