They were really busy when I went but they still did an amazing job working with their clients to get everyone seen in a timely manner. The doctor was amazingly kind and understanding. She explained everything and I felt comfortable with her. It was a great experience that made dealing with feeling poorly much easier.

Everyone was so pleasant to work with. They were quick, they were thorough, and made me feel very comfortable.

I had asked if I could wait in my car because of my cold and not wanting to wear a mask the whole time, but somehow the front desk staff did not communicate that to the nurses and so they did not know where to find me. And so it took quite a long time for me to be seen because I was waiting for a phone call and the nurses were just calling me in the waiting room and I was not there but in my car.

Long wait but not the doctor or staff's fault. We are grateful that they were open on Jan 1st.

I don't have yet my results. That's the only thing that has to be improved.
