She was extremely nice, and caring. My only issues, was nurse who irrigated my ear, was extremely painful. The doctor notes only talked about wax build up in left ear. She gave me an antibiotic to take, but didn't list infection in right ear, or blood in left ear. A specialist is suppose to be contacted, but only mentions wax build up, not urgency.

I guess the staff is understaffed as I was there for over 2 hours waiting overall. But when they finally got to me they were very professional.

I was in so much pain and everybody there was so kind and so helpful. They went beyond the call of duty of their job jobs and one young man was so concerned about me that he walked me out to the lobby so I could get in my car great experience

Good Service

Everyone I encountered were professional and helpful with one exception. The lady who actually administered my injection entered the room, turned her back to me and started speaking. Her words were not distinct, so I have no idea if she actually identified herself. I did catch the words "left buttock" twice, to which I respond twice that I asked she use my right buttock, as I was only three weeks post-op from a left TKR. When she approached, she headed for my eft buttock, and I again made my request. After giving the shot, she left the rom w/o closing the door and with my pants still at half mast. This is not the level of respect for my privacy that I would expect. Through the door, I had a view of the check in desk, and if any of them had glanced my way, I would have mooned them!
