Check in was good. When you don't feel good it is good to just get it done and let the patient sit down and that was the case. Very friendly and conscientious of the patient. Felt welcoming and compassionate.

The delay in getting checked into a room was due to the overwhelming number of walk ins. The entire staff was very accommodating and polite to everyone who was waiting.

Waited 2 hours to see someone nothing urgent about this care

This was my first visit at this location. It was a wonderful experience. The nurse and the doctor were very kind and great listeners. They were knowledgeable and answers all my questions. I was concerned and anxious about my head injury from a fall and the doctored explained everything about the injury and how it will heal. I left with no worries or anxiety.

Listed to me regarding treatment that works in the past. Offers new muscle relaxant that made me less drowsy which was good

When I was checked in I gave a brief response to what happened to me the night before since I was in the lobby with others around and said I tripped. When I was taken back I explained how I fell in Target, cut my chin and had a head ache in the morning. After my vitals were checked, the nurse left the room and I heard them speaking about me. Asking why my Mom allowed me to even be seen, that I should of taken an some meds for the pain and call it a day and what was the point in me coming in to get checked out. Also heard the nurse ask the front person about what I said and the front person said that I told them I tripped and not fell. Felt like I was a burden for them to treat me for any injuries I could of had since I was worried about my jaw. The provider I saw was pleasant but the office staff made me upset and not want me to go back for care.

wasn't "sick" when i went to unrgetn care. Just needed a referral to a cardiologist.
