To tell you the truth. I was in and quickly. I like going to Convenient Care because they are always on point with the situation on hand. I rather go there than the emergency room.

I did not get test results, was told I would get call yesterday. I called and the PA was out for the day was transferred to another extension but no one answered.

She definitely did not have a good bedside manor. I am not sure if it because she seemed like she was in a rush/ready to go home or what. She wasn't very friendly. I would not come back if I had to see her again.

I think the service was very professional and I was treated with respect and I am feeling better. So the procedures were fine. Thank you.

She was very attentive. She listened and very compassionate. She took care of my problem with no trouble. I would go back to her all the time. She was wonderful.

Front desk staff was TOP NOTCH!!! I wish I would have taken her name because she deserves an award! She made me feel welcomed and took great care of me! My nurse listened with intensity, and my provider was EXCELLENT! This is why I came to this facility, kindness and respect are given by the staff to make the visit so much easier! Thanks First Health, keep up the EXCELLENT WORK!!!!!!!!
