The provider was amazing. It's the most uncomfortable appointment and she made me feel most comfortable. She talked to me in a manner that let me know. She knew exactly what she was talking about and gave me the best advice the provider and her staff were outstanding.

Everyone was so helpful from the front desk to the nurse and my Nurse Practitioner. She listened to me and explained everything during my exam and after. It is so nice to be treated with respect instead of your 10 minutes are up, I've heard enough. Healthcare would be much better if all medical offices were this thorough and kind!

I was very impressed with Shannon. She was very thorough and I've never had an examination before where they would tell me exactly what they were going to do and so that I would know what to expect. So yes, I would highly recommend this clinic. Thank you.

She had read my file of previous visits to other providers locally and at UNC and was very well informed of my history. She was very thorough in explaining things, very conscious of what she was doing and making sure I understood. I would definitely see her again and recommend her to friends.
