She obtained her B.A. in Biochemical Sciences at Harvard University and her medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at the Columbia and Cornell University program located at New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

I love this place. Professional from the moment you walk thru the door. Front desk sweet caring and Professional. When. I was taken to a room. Everyone spoke to me. Dr Shan Tang is the best. We went to this visit with the expectation on receiving hearing aids. I was not made aware that the audiology department was understaffed until after the ENT visit. I was made aware that an appointment would not be made for said hearing aids for 6 to 7 months and that I need to seek outside assistance for the audiologist without any referrals given it was expressed to me that that audiology department also did not accept our insurance so I was disappointed. I should've been made aware before the appointment that audiology was not available for six months and unable to accept the insurance.

Dr. Tang is always very well-versed. She reviews my record ahead of time and is very thorough. She's a very good provider and I've already referred some of my family to her. And they were seen by doctors there, but not her specifically, but they did go to that clinic. She's a great provider, and I'm glad she's there. Thank you.

I did not like having to make another appointment for hearing aid adjustment. Actually everything having to do with hearing aids. I have to drop off in Am to get after 2pm same day or drop off in afternoon for pick up next day.
