Fast and Reliable as always ?

Greeted and treated in a friendly, courteous manner. I was asked about health and medication, then briefed about my test results. I received favorable results and advised of recommended action to follow to continue showing improvement. Advised if next visit show same / improved results would lead to successful release from treatment visit .

Everything was done professionally and with care to the person who was in their care.

From the greeters at the door to blood draw and appointments- everyone treats you like you are the only patient that day.

I wondered why I didn't see the person that I was originally assigned to?

I'm chronically anemic and one of my results was 14 which is the highest & least anemic its been. So I was confused because I've been feeing so exhausted and sleepy. Next day I saw endo & she read iron at 7 & said that showed why I felt so bad. It felt much better to kind of have an explanation other than laziness (I've always been the laziest person I know, I wonder if I was always anemic?) At least I didn't feel like so much of a waste of oxygen. Did that not all show up to oncology? I am very grateful to onc to try to help me with the anemia. At least they try.

I have never been to a place where everyone is always so helpful and kind. The providers are great as well as the staff and volunteers.
