My experience was very comfortable knowing that my worries were being taken care of.

The nurse was fantastic. She was very patient, very good interaction. And Sara is, I just love her. She's tremendous. She also was very patient, listened, answered questions, asked very good questions. So the interaction was fantastic. So yes, they're both exceptional medical people and I'm glad I had the opportunity to deal with them.

I would recommend it to anyone!! First health care has the best healthcare!!!!!

Reed Heart Center is the bomb. They saved my life. They're continuing to save my life. And they spared us the expense of having a long, drawn out time in the hospital. Three nights for heart surgery, spot on. Twelve years after open heart. Thank you.

Overall had a wonderful experience for my first time visit to the clinic, only downside is the amount of time I have to wait for the next scheduled tests to be run

One situation I had was prior to this visit and partly the reason for having this visit-I had a form that needed to be filled out by my Cardiologist to go to my dentist for treatment and it was just sitting in a "cloud" like queue that was not being monitored. It severely has delayed my dental procedure. I came in personally to see what I could do to facilitate my form being processed. The staff member even told me had I not come in, it would have probably still be sitting there with other requests from others that needed attention As well. That was a very bad experience. I also have had communication concerns for appointment setting with the phone automation system. These being not favorable experiences, my visit with NP Sara was good. Hopefully my form has now been forwarded to my dentist in order to have the procedures. Just thought someone should know. Not sure anything will transpire from my communication about this.
