Great office.

I would like to come back and ask a couple of more questions, questions that I didn't understand while I was there. Not anything that the doctor didn't explain, but something I didn't hear like I felt I should have heard. I'd like to make another appointment to come back. Thank you.

From check in to check out all were very professional and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience at my first visit. I went into the appointment worried and the pleasant atmosphere and staff helped put me at ease. I now have hope of getting back to my old self and having my own pain better controlled over time.

Saw a technician, then saw a Physician's Assistant. Each had specialties, with which they stood. I was impressed with each person/physician's assistant.

Great feedback, good personnel, and enjoyed work going there to be looked at.

It was reassuring to be listened to and have my questions explained in a way I could understand.

I work in healthcare so a lot of standard protocol was not followed as far as the nurse taking me back. She was fine, she was courteous, she did rush through the initial evaluation. But when the provider came in, he just walked in, didn't knock, didn't do anything. He coughed in his hand and then submitted it to me to shake introducing himself, he didn't seem to care about my input, didn't seem to care about anything I had to say about my injury. He seemed really indifferent, had already had in his mind. Exactly what he planned to do. Then I was told I'd be sent to X-ray only to be given a piece of paper scheduled for a return visit and then told to leave and I said, are you not doing the cervical X-ray and then the lady said, oh, is that what he said, I said yes, she said, let me check. And see if that's what he said, I said, okay, no problem, then she comes back and says, oh OK, X-ray is going to come up to get you. So yeah, it was not a pleasant experience at all.I really expected more from first health.I really did.

I arrived early and was seen early. I don't think that's ever happened in a Doctor's office before. Great place and great service. Look forward to coming back on my next visit.
