The Dr. informed me of things I did not know about myself and was very interested in addressing my problems.

Dr Townsend who's mostly our provider his staff is awesome and I'm always recommend him to my friends too and he takes really good care of us too a truly family care Dr ??

Dr. Townsend is very compassionate. You can tell he cares about his patients and he had read his chart. He was up to date on what he needed to look at and what was going on and I'm very pleased with the care that we received.

Once I arrived, it was just a few minutes and I was completely signed in. The staff member was extremely professional and very pleasant. This always relieves what anxiety may exist before the visit with the provider. All my concerns were addressed in a manner that I could understand.

Dr. Townsend is a phenomenal PCP. He listens and goes over everything with you and explains the plan of action with you. Unlike some who just try to get you in and seem to try to rush you out without ensuring everything is answered
