Yes, I would like to say that Dr. Robert Townsend is one of the most thorough doctors that I have been to in North Carolina and he, I have already recommended him to a couple of people. He's just extremely kind and he takes time with you and that's what it's all about. Patients want to have time taken, not five minutes in and five minutes out. It's just wrong when they do that. You need, you come to see the doctor for a reason and you want time with that doctor, not just five minutes. And Dr. Robert Townsend is an amazing doctor. So I thank you for that and I cannot wait to talk to him again.

Dr Townsend listens yo my concern's. He does not treat me like I do not know what my body/symptoms are.

I was very unsatisfied with that visit first I don't like afternoon appointments first of all it a long wait you get their at your correct time and wait for them to call you back that's at least another 30:00 minutes when you do get call the by the nurse to the room she checks your medication and your vitals signs okay she is finish then you still waiting to see the doctor when do finally comes in and finish his exam the lab is already close. For that day so you got to come back the next day to do blood work no I am not please I don't do afternoon appointments they know what time their labs close so why give a patient that you know had to have blood work that's very inconsiderate to me I don't get around that good and it's inconvenient to me to do that 2 days for a follow up appointment

Everything was as it should be nurse, check in and Dr Townsend was excellent

I have finally found a true" Primary Care Provider" I have for the last 3 years been treated at the 1st Health Convenient location on Morganton/McPhearson in fayetteville WONDERFUL People and the best care!!! After struggling with inadequate health care through another PCP. I was recommended to Dr. Robert Townsend DO He is a true Doctor in every aspect!! He listens remarkably excellent. I have experienced inadequate health care, But Not Any Longer.. Dr. Townsend is thorough, asks questions and listens. I am truly grateful Thank You!!

The staff all of the staff were very friendly and interested in our questions and did not at any time become overly anxious to dismiss our concerns as being just another old person ramblings for attention and not being anything important.

He listens, he explains to you the way that you can understand it, just in doctor terms. He puts it down in layman terms. I would highly recommend this man and his staff
