The nurse practitioner I saw, was extremely rude because I choose not to have my son fully vaccinated.

A helpful and caring attitude was exhibited by the professionals who address my concerns in a timely manner.

I came to first expressing i had a sinus and chest cold, I was surprised they didn't test me for Covid, RSV, or other Respiratory infections, I was told I should have tested.

I really didnt think they'd see me as I had some symptoms like the flu, except no fever. But, they gave me a mask. So I was happy they saw me.

The Doctor was excellent and took the time to find the correct antibiotic for my throat & sinuses. She explained why she chose a different medication & why it wasn't good to always rely on a medication that could cause problems. Thankful for her help!

The FirstHealth Walk-In office in Whispering Pines, NC, is excellent...very courteous and professional.

I felt this provider knew what she was talking about.

I am aware this is not a private practice however the provider was rushed and when she received a phone call from a hospital she rushed the ending of my visit. I am aware that it could have been an urgent call however it was no excuse to rush out on a current patient and dismiss me to leave while in talks about my care. I was not pleased.

The doctor and the nurse both were very professional, very helpful, amazing quality, and I would highly, highly recommend this place and both nurse and doctor to family, friends, anybody that I know. They were extremely, extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring, approachable, and I really thank them for their kindness and their time.

Personnel very friendly & professional

My care provider was excellent. She made me feel right at home and I opened up and shared all kinds of stuff with her about me medically. She also referred me so I could get a family doctor. I would love to see her again.
