I've always had good experience At this Convient Care!

Everyone was very professional especially the doctor and nurse

Everyone was very nice. The only concern I have is the doctor came in and told me one test was negative. But when I tried to get more details she was on a hurry to leave. My notes said that she told me to use a nasal flush generously, but we didn't have that discussion. I'm not sure if I was supposed to wait for someone else to come back and tell me something, or if I left to soon.

They were so busy but they did a great job

Crutches I was given were broken! Staff seemed unorganized. Nurses were more interested in leaving for the day. Asking the provider "can I go now" while the provider was in the room with me. Provider asked me why I didn't go to the ER. Overall a miserable experience.

Very nice staff, clean rooms and waiting area.

I was seen by the convenient care team when I was told that I was late for my scheduled appointment even though due to arriving on time, people being in front of me taking a long time, and going to use the restroom caused me to miss my 15 minute grace period. The receptionist that later rescheduled my appointment held to standard that 15 minute period and wouldn't budge to check me in. I'll leave earlier next time and get in 15 minutes or so prior to my scheduled appointment time next appt.

If they really weren't able to help me with my issue, they sent me to the emergency room.

Fastest in and out I've ever experienced at an urgent care.

My daughter was tested for strep and it came back negative, but her symptoms got worse so took her to ER and her strep was positive. Know it must have been too early to pick up on the positive result when she was seen by this provider, but it would have been smart to suggest retesting in a couple of days if symptoms don't improve.

No wait time for the visit with I was extremely greatful.
