I absolutely love the nurses and the doctors. They're always kind and go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. I appreciate everything thing they do to take of all their patients. Thank you for everything you guy do and all the hard work you bring to our community to make sure everyone feels better when they leave. Ive never had one bad experience from firsthealth. They are AMAZING ? ?

She was the best!

Except of the register, employees need to show compassion and care for patients. Even if they can do "nothing" to help. The doctor was very impersonal and dismissive. It would help if she goes back to school and practice some ways to show that she likes what you do and cares about her patients. Thank you for the opportunity to express my self. It wasn't a good experience in a situation where I needed help.

The ladies at the front, the receptionist at the front desk were very courteous. The provider, Renee, was surly and she was very rude and she didn't listen at all to my complaint. So she didn't do very much for me at all. I didn't need very much, but her attitude was very, very bad.

Nurses, staff and PA were very helpful and very supportive and caring.

Renee was great. She took her time with me and addressed my problem, prescribed appropriately A 2 hour wait to get to see her was unacceptable. They are desperately understaffed.

I was treated so well, and I want to thank everyone for their care. The provider really listened to my symptoms and ordered me everything I needed to make me feel better. I am already much better than I was when I came in. I was seen very quickly and the waiting area and patient rooms were clean and well appointed.

It was my first time going there, and I was impressed by everything

Dr. Sutton, RPA Sutton, was very empathetic to the symptoms and what I was experiencing. She went through everything thoroughly, asked about different tests that I had had or hadn't had or so. Yeah, I really do appreciate the time that she spent and the caring that she took to provide my care. I've been in that office before for the same condition, but she just continued to go above and beyond to make sure that I was okay. So I really do appreciate the service.

I was well taken care of

I felt as if the music that was being played when I checked in was unprofessional. Also, everyone does not believe in mindfulness. but yet mindfulness is being played in the lobby forcing people to be subjected to it.

The nurse practitioner I saw, was extremely rude because I choose not to have my son fully vaccinated.
