Concerned and nice

I appreciated being offered the option of having my prescription filled by the FirstHealth pharmacy and mailed to my home.

Everything went really well. They are strictly on their job. They are good doctors and everything. I have no bad thing to say about them. They treat you just like you was one of them.

Professional, knowledgeable, compassion, caring and through.

Each staff member (office and medical) from the front office to the exam room treated me with upmost respect. Each one made me feel at ease, especially since this was first time seeing a hemotologist. Thanks to each one very much!

I would say my visit this week has put the faith back in me in the medical field. Patricia Hinrichs demonstrated concern knowledge and empathy. You can tell that she reviewed my case before seeing me. She told me things I had never been told and asked me questions that I've never been asked in four years, which put the faith Back in me in the medical field. I wouldn't care if you didn't find a Dr I would stay with her and feel confident. I can't praise her enough in your whole staff.
