I had a very positive experience at a medical office that is usually a trauma hot zone for me. My nurse was kind and compassionate and listened. My doctor was even more so. Awesome bedtime manner and explained everything to where I had a better understanding of certain procedures. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dr Kantorowski is hands-down the best doctor that I have worked with. She builds rapport quickly, asks the right questions, is great at explaining things, and is authentic in every way. I have full trust in her, and I recommend her to everyone needing a new OBGYN.

I always have a great experience here, I just waited in waiting room for 1 hr before nurse came to get me, then I was put back into waiting room for about 45 min before seeing Dr. Then went to a room and waited almost 1 hr before seeing Dr. Never waited that long before, but was told 2 Dr's were out and my Dr was seeing all the patients. That's understandable. I guess. She didn't rush me out, she gave me as much time as I needed for my visit. That's why I love her!

I understand it took so long bc the bad weather & the need to reschedule patients in bc I work in healthcare. I prepared & listened to podcasts while I waited. I over heard many complaining. Maybe some signage about the situation might have helped. Time with the doctor was very limited.

Dr. Kantorowski is an amazing doctor! Her "bedside manner", care and concern for her patients health is comforting.

All of the staff that was encountered was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding. They were very knowledgeable and compassionate.

At check in I provided my insurance card but apparently something came up on the screen about Medicare and I had to state more than once that I did not have Medicare and had just given my insurance card which was not a Medicare card. I understand that things can get confusing dealing with more than one insurance, but I should not have to repeat myself if I have given the information requested at the outset. Other than that, things went very smoothly.

Love my doctor and her staff, they are always wonderful.
