Very good experience beginning to end!

I wanted a blood test for gout, but the doctor wanted to just treat my arthritis with steroids. No immediate pain relief prescribed and high blood pressure medication has to be pre-approved for 180/93. Still waiting on it to be processed by my insurance.

Nothing else is required, the doctor did an excellent job.

The visit went well, very efficient, everyone was nice, the doctor explained everything to me. And the only reason they didn't know really my medical history is because I just moved from out of state, so it wasn't really in there to be known. But everything was five, 10 star, whatever the highest is I can give for any of them. Have a good day.

Nurse was spreading patient confidentiality information to other nurses/ staff. Very rude and unprofessional.

I am very pleased with the treatment at this clinic. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dr was amazing. I would definitely go back again if needed.

So I had a telehealth follow-up. Then she told me, the lovely doctor I've seen, the one you said, the one about this review, he shouldn't have told me to take Pepto-Bismol twice a day for three days, because you're supposed to get all the stuff out of your system, not keep it in and stay sickle. I've been sick now for a week. Thank you so much for the provider giving me a crappy thing. And the telehealth didn't do nothing. All she told me, oh, I can get you some nausea medicine. What's the point of a telehealth when you don't do any kind of anything? No labs, nothing. So y'all don't even know what's wrong with me. So I had to waste my time to go to the ER because this was pointless. Thank you.

It was a good experience and I was attended to very quickly.

The nurses were very pleasant. The attending physician was professional, courteous and genuinely concerned for my well being.

A very fast and friendly experience from checking in to triage. PA was very attentive to my physical symptoms and prior treatment with prednisone therapy for asthma exacerbation. He was not hesitant to rule out other illnesses.

Glad the nurse encouraged me to monitor my blood pressure. I didn't know it was high again. I was recently taken off my BP meds earlier in the year and was alarmed to hear it's high again. I will be monitoring my BP twice daily as recommended.

I am always treated with respect and courtesy from all staff at this facility. The provider listened to me when I explained my history, my symptoms, ongoing symptoms and concerns that I had.

I have been to this facility quite a few times. Everyone is friendly and courteous. I have recommended this location to several friends. They now attend this location as well.
