We were in, checked in, treated, and released in about 30 mins. EVERYONE was pleasant, and efficient. My child got a splint for her fractured thumb and we were out of there. I appreciate the clinic being open until 7:30 pm so we could get there.

We had a great experience. The facility was extremely clean. The staff were wonderful and we were in and out very quickly.

Everything was explained to my understanding. The wait time was very short and everyone was very helpful.

The provider didn't give me any tests to see if I had COVID, the flu, or the strep throat. He just felt on my neck, looked in my mouth, looked at my ears and stuff, and just basically said that I had a cold. I went to another hospital to find out that I had the strep throat. I feel like with the symptoms that I had, somebody should have been like, let's run some tests. And that was not it.
