Everything was explained to my understanding. The wait time was very short and everyone was very helpful.

The provider didn't give me any tests to see if I had COVID, the flu, or the strep throat. He just felt on my neck, looked in my mouth, looked at my ears and stuff, and just basically said that I had a cold. I went to another hospital to find out that I had the strep throat. I feel like with the symptoms that I had, somebody should have been like, let's run some tests. And that was not it.

It was very fast and friendly, accurate. Yes, they took time to make sure they evaluated him right. And it's honestly the fastest place I've ever been. Anytime I've been anywhere, they moved the fastest and were on top of things. Definitely a 20 out of 10.
