The wait time to be seen is crazy the staff is great but it's just the wait time 3 hour wait to be seen please fix that.

I was there when the clinic opened, so was seen in a timely matter. I have been there mid-morning in the past when the wait was LONG (over two hours). I'm hoping the experience has been more favorable for most patients as it was for me this time. Staff has always been responsive and attentive, but in the past I've felt they were short-handed.

The check in process took over 15 minutes. The wait to actually see a provider was another 30-45 minutes. The provider was kind and attentive as well as the nurse/aide. Overall the personnel were professional, but the check in process needs to be improved.

I'm still waiting on the results from my, from the radiologist that read the test results. I haven't gotten anything back. I don't have a code to pull you up on my chart or any way to access it. So I just left. I felt horrible and I just left. So I don't have any test results. I don't know what my final results were. I'd appreciate some information on that. Thank you.

Lazy front desk to busy chit chatting screwing up order that patient's checked in calling people at random PA was amazing but never again

My provider was so good to me. I was so nervous about having an I&D and she was very patient with me. I would highly recommend this clinic and the provider to anyone.

Was told to continue take. Over the counter medication! If not better in a few days! To come back! I don't think I need to spend another day off of work and co pay for this ! Should have been prescribed something to help knock it out! 2 days later is not feeling better
