We were called back to a room and then waited for 20+ minutes. Then I received a phone call from the nurse saying that she has been calling my son's name and asked if we left early. I told her we have been in a room for 20+ minutes. She asked which room and I told her. We waited another 5+ minutes before she came to our room and she never offered an apology for the miscommunication or the extra wait. She was also very short with me when I mentioned that I thought my son did have a fever and she just remarked, I can show you the thermometer if you don't believe me. I told the NP what happened and she was very apologetic. The Nurse Practitioner who saw my son was kind and professional. I have always had exceptional care and customer service at First Health. It's the thing I love about being a part of this system. But yesterday's visit broke that excellent streak of care.

The staff was wonderful. My nurse was very helpful and she listened to everything. I talked about x-ray technician she was very sweet in all. I was very happy with my service and I am getting better day by day.
