I love how Melissa Mang takes what I say and my concerns. She takes the time to listen to me. She's always done that. She's been, I've been under her care for a long time and she is absolutely amazing.

Melissa Mang is the best. Very caring, understanding, thorough.

Melissa really took her time in evaluating everything and prior results before making a plan for treatment. I was also told when to expect pending test results and received them as told.

I think Melissa Mang is very caring. She takes her time, understands and listens. I think she's awesome.

She is very, very knowledgeable and very, very respectable. And I liked her.

I was not asked if I had any questions or items I would like to discuss with my provider. It felt rushed and I did not have the opportunity to review symptoms and questions that I had about my health.

I just love her & the staff. She has a sweet & warm welcome. She understood & saw what I was talking. I just love her thank u.

I liked that once I was in my room, within 1 minute my doctor came in to do my exam. No sitting and waiting half naked while the doctor deals with 10 other patients. It was nice.

Everyone but the nurses are great. The last four visits I've had there the nurses have acted incredibly rude when I tell them I deny a pap. I understand the risks as the doctor does explain each time (respectfully). This most recent visit however was the rudest one has been. This time the nurse argued with me about my decision, rudely asked "well then why are you even here?", said the only reason the doctor "lets me get away with not getting one" is because I am no longer sexually active, and then when she was getting my blood pressure and it was higher than normal (because I had just been made angry and uncomfortable by her) she goes "must be high cause we were talking about paps" then laughed. Extremely unprofessional.

Melissa always makes sure I understand exactly what is going to happen, what she is doing, and answers any question that I have, and makes sure that I understand it fully before moving on. I really appreciate that. She's always kind and courteous every time I go to see her, and I feel comfortable telling her everything that I need to.

Well, when I first made my doctor's appointment there, I was kind of skeptical after I read all the reviews. But once I got there, the atmosphere was totally different than what I expected. Ms. Melissa, she was awesome. I loved her. She was my first time seeing her, and it's her first time seeing me. She was awesome. I loved her. And I hope I'll be able to see her again in any future visits. Thank you so much.

Melissa was very helpful, very professional. She reminded me of a mammogram that I had completely forgotten about and very quickly got me signed up for it. She was good about answering any questions I might have about, for instance, meds. All in all, my experience with her was excellent.

This was a really great experience. So glad I have found this place!!

The provider is extremely easy to get appointments with. She has incredible bedside manner. She's extremely thorough in her questions. She listens fully. There's no judgment. She's just a very empathetic type individual with, again, just a great bedside manner. And I would absolutely see this provider again and recommend her to anyone.
