The receptionist that checked me in, I stood there for like 10 minutes and she couldn't figure out how to add my insurance. But instead of asking somebody for help because several people passed her and there was a long line gathering behind me to be checked in, she didn't ask anyone for help. She just kept saying, I don't get this, I don't get this. And she didn't ask anyone for help, but I just kept standing there for like 10 minutes just waiting. But then with the provider, I felt like she kind of rushed the appointment. Like she didn't, like, take her time and like make sure all my needs were addressed. The ultrasound seemed rushed as well.

Staff was so nice and easy to talk to, very friendly, the doctor was very sweet, listen and responded well to my concerns, will recommend this women's clinic, the best !
