Wonderful experience, the staff and the doctor were very professional and cheerful.

We were confused thinking that I was going to get a procedure done. We didn't realize that it was going to be a consultation only. This is the first time I have dealt with the issue with you. We'll know better next time. Looking forward to working with the Pain Clinic.

I did not remotely get the answer that I wanted. However, I got a very honest and again, unwanted answer, but I absolutely respect it and trust it. And that's because of the confidence that I actually got while I was there. So I appreciate that.

I would like to see a doctor so that I could get to know the person that I'm wanting to do surgery on my back.

Very impressed with the office, staff and PA. The PA was articulate and a very good listener. What a relief to have someone provide a good understanding of my diagnosis and how to deal with it. I felt much better about everything after my appointment. Quite relieved actually.

Yes, I feel like everyone in the facility was good, but I just wish that they would have actually listened to what I had to say and what was going on with me and what hurt it, instead of just telling me to take a medicine and, you know, just getting a shot in my neck, like, and I'm still in pain, I'm still hurting, without them being, going off a CT scan and not being able to actually see what's going on. Now I have to sit here and go a whole month in the same pain with nothing solved.

I know we are working on getting the appt to get a spinal injection but it has not been accomplished as yet.

Mr Coffin explained things completely and answered all my questions completely.
