Everything was satisfactory for the most part but the exam rooms, at least the one I was in, need something on the walls to absorb sound. It just reverberates all over the room, like what I imagine a prison cell sounds like, and somebody with hearing problems will almost certainly have a hard time understanding what the staff is saying.

This was one of the most efficient medical offices I have ever visited. Within a minute of check in, the nurse called me back and he asked all the questions I wanted to address. The PA came in and discussed my MRI findings and also addressed all of my planed questions without my needing to ask. I was out of the office and in my car one minute past my appointment time. This was a first for me, arriving 25 minutes early and getting seen equally early. Excellent Job First health Neurosurgery!!!

The staff are always kind and helpful. They actually seem to care about their patients well being.
