They were very busy and handled the rush with calmness and grace. Our needs were heard and our nurse and doctor were very courteous and knowledgeable. Pleasant visit, even dispute the circumstances.

I was upset that they prescribed me medication, but when I went to pick it up at the pharmacy, they told me they didn't have any for me. I had to call the clinic and ask what happened. They said they didn't know, but they would send the medication information to the pharmacy and that I should wait a little longer. I was six months pregnant and in pain, waiting for my medication, and it turned out someone had forgotten to send the prescription to the pharmacy.

With so many individuals with flu-like symptoms and me, looking for wound care, I'd really suggest having 2 waiting areas. One would be for sick patients and the other for those like me.

Dr. McKinley or Mark McKinley was very, very professional, kind. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He explained things to me in layman's terms. The nursing staff and the lady that drew my blood, the lady that took my vitals, they were very professional. The lady didn't have to poke me a thousand times to get my blood sample. Everything was excellent. I was very pleased. Just the wait time was very long. I think it was because Mr. Mark McKinley was by himself trying to see all the patients. And it was very crowded at that time of my visit.

The doctor was very polite and friendly with my toddler. Also made her feel very comfortable. However, I felt she was dismissed and her illness down played. Therefore she was not checked thoroughly. She is tough and was acting her normal self. She had a bad cough and wheezing was checked. Lungs are great and clear. When asked about her ear, I informed the doctor when she blew her nose this past weekend she complained about her ear and said she couldn't hear and grabbed it. Her ears were not checked and we were sent home Saying she is fine. Last night, she was complaining about her ears again. I took her to Sandhills pediatrics this morning and she has a bad ear infection in her right ear. I feel her ears should have been looked at.

My experience was a 10/10 the staff and providers were very professional and compassionate. I'd definitely recommend and will come back if needed. Mark has great bedside manner and compassion.

They did their jobs very well, They don't have the equipment to work with. No X-ray machine, so what the use of going if it's an accident or something serious But that's not. the physician fault he didn't have all the tools to work with.

PA I saw seemed a little unsure of himself. Instead of saying what can we help you with today he said what do you want me to do for you today. It kind of confused me. Then I went on to tell him I was there for my coughing etc.

Mr. Mark McKinley was very helpful. He explained everything to me and got me out of there in a reasonable amount of time with a good idea of what I needed to do to get better. So I really appreciated that. And he was funny. That was nice, too. Okay. Thank you. Bye-bye.

I was thankful that I did not have to wait a long time. PA Mark was thorough and understood the problem. So glad I went to First Health Convenient Care.
