Nice experience, very professional and timely

The medical assistant that took my information was courteous and asked for more information when needed. I'm was thankful that she did so i could give the doctor a clear picture of my issues. She set a comfortable tone for the rest of the visit. The doctor said that my symptoms don't fall entirely under his specially, but he ordered the tests that I needed and said he would at least get me started so I could get answers as soon as possibly. I'm very thankful he didn't just refer me to someone else and let them order the MRIs. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the ease of getting an appointment, the appointment itself, the quick referral to the MRI center, and the quick response from the radiology place to set up my MRI.

My experience was pleasant everyone was polite and respectful very knowledgeable.

The only problem I had was that he was cutting me off and he wasn't really listening. So I didn't feel like I was heard at some point. I basically just shut down and just listened to what he was saying. I don't feel he had any interest in knowing what was going on with me. This is not the first time I've had this kind of experience with a neurologist. So I guess this is kind of a norm in that field. But I would definitely not recommend anybody to them because I definitely felt like he was trying to catch me in a lie or just trying to just had no interest in what was going on with me. And I feel that what he can do better is listen to his patients, not be condescending, do not cut them off when they're speaking. Because a lot of times the questions that they're asking, you have to think about it. And if you answer it wrong, it's not because you're trying to do anything. It's because you're really just trying to remember. And sometimes the records that, the answers that we give are really just going off of what has been told to us in the past. Unfortunately, my situation was very complicated.

A very timely operation

When I say yes mostly it's because I had hoped to explain more about my history of concussions. Although I felt he was very thorough and see if there is any correlation with my hand shaking at times. Don't get me wrong. I am happy with the doctor. Maybe we can visit this at another visit.

Provider was rude and dismissive. He lacks bedside manor and kindness. He did not listen nor offer compassion care or sincerity.

Everyone was very friendly, concerned with my health care needs.

Very attentive and helpful. Made me feel like my care was a priority and answered all the questions I had. I left feeling like my health was on the rufhtbtrackbabdvwe had a plan

Y'all done excellent. I enjoyed talking to that doctor and everything and y'all so nice to her and everything. Y'all treated me like I was a human being, you know, and everything. But yeah, I enjoyed it.

I would not never ever go back. Again? I would recommend a cat to go there. I was unpleased I was unsatisfied. the Doctor did not know what he was doing. He didn't do no blood work did not do no test on me. He didn't know what he was doing. He don't need his license.He needs to be at home.drawing retirement...

I didn't appreciate the fact that the doctor told me to go ahead and keep talking because we didn't have much time. Didn't really think about it while I was there, but that's kind of not what you want to hear from a specialist.
