The experience was good overall. I am sure the Provider knows his stuff and is good at his job but because my issue was minimal (a slight tremor) I felt he didn't worry too much about helping me understand what could be the reason or cause of it and what I could possibly expect as I age from it.

I will have to say that at the front desk were very friendly, but I think that eating or drinking in front of customer that does not reflect professionalism. Should every employee should have a time off to eat and drink at specific times. No while they are working

I was uneasy about coming in. I had read previous reviews that were not reassuring to say the least. From the moment the nurse took me back my experience was wonderful. She was pleasant and attentive. The doctor came in and wanted to hear my history of the issue i was seeing him about from onset to most current. He asked questions and followed up with the appropriate exam and even asked my if I had questions before leaving. If you are looking for a doctor that cares about his work and takes it seriously and is thorough, Dr. Mandelbaum is the right fit.

By the provider sending a letter I learn things that no other provider informed me about my health things I didn't know. Thank you for your honesty! May God Bless.
