It was a great experience and the nurse Bailey was overall exceptional and she told us exactly what to expect from Dr. Mandelbaum and that's exactly what we expected and received in our treatment and he was absolutely wonderful. We appreciate both of them and their staff. He explained everything in detail and he let me know that he would get me fixed. So I appreciate that very much and I left with no concerns. Thank you very much.

There was a delay in calling me back. Desiree apologized for the wait. The patient background information took a lot longer than she anticipated and I anticipated, which resulted in the Dr having to wait to see me. That was unfortunate that delayed him. Good information shared by Dr Mandelbaum and appreciated their considerate approach with me.
