The doctor herself was really good. She was real professional and I will go back to her. I will tell people she is really good and knowledgeable and I will go back to her. She was really good. She knew her business too. She was well educated with my case and I was so appreciative of her and her feedback with me. But I live a good ways but I will drive the distance to see her the next time I'm sick. All right. Bye now.

(First time at urgent care ) Wait times in lobby for sure (as expected ) BUT once i saw the nurse and doctor, very fast! Great experience! I really felt like the doctor was listening to me and she gave me great advice! Got the help i needed! Couldn't have gone any better :) Big thank u to all employees for their hard work

Hey, everybody was great, but they did tell me my left foot was not broken or probably not broken. And they did tell me that the ortho may tell me something different. Both my feet were broken, so the radiologist missed the break on the left foot. But the ortho did say it was hard to see because of where it's at. So I'm not mad or anything. I just wanted to let you all know. Thanks. Bye.

I arrived an hour before closing. Truthfully I expected staff to be tired and cranky. So I prepared an apology for "coming in late because of work" statement. Total opposite. Receptionist was polite and kind as was the other check out person next to her. There was a man that walked in and opened the door to the rooms as she was checking out another family. I thought, Uh, he's gonna get yelled at to wait outside. Nope. She simply asked if he needed to be seen. And so politely checked him in and then reminded him that check in was on the other side of the door. My nurse was the sweetest. I wish I remembered her name. Apologies. Then PA Boyer came in. She chatted, we made jokes( I had an eye infection) and explained everything. She was wonderful. Thank you. Only complaint about this Fayetteville office: When I walked in the sliding doors. The entire lobby smelled of pot. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, she acknowledged it with a nod of her head. There was one woman with a small child and it was very obvious it was from her. I just thought, maybe some air freshener could be sprayed. ?

As a new patient I can't say that they know everything about me since I came in for cold like symptoms. Everyone was very courteous & efficient.
