Best staff and provider at this clinic of anywhere! From sweet Kaitlyn at check in, to the nurse, to Marcia, to the phlebotomist, you just can't beat their care and compassion.

Marcia Ballard is the best doctor. She takes her time listens, explains everything, cares and makes me feel comfortable and understood. Marcia has compassion and dedication for all her patients. You can tell Marcia genuinely cares about all of her patients and her staff. I always leave feeling reassured and in good hands.

Marcia Ballard possesses very good 'bedside manners' as she takes time to listen to and consider her patient's input about their own health. Marcia has a way of putting her patient at ease which greatly reduces my anxiety (white coat syndrome). I feel she is truly concerned with my health and has my best interest at heart.

I've been a patient of Marcie's for over 20 years, the one word that comes to mind is CONSISTENCY. In our current healthcare climate, one may or may not receive good, compassionate care on a consistent basis. Marcia's Office has always met and exceeded that expectation. Consistently, each staff member provides excellent care, and that is a direct reflection and influence of their leader, Marcia.
