Madonna and her nurse was the absolute best!! Daughter step daughter and myself all were able to go into the room with my husband as the patient, madonna answered each of our questions. She's really caring and goes beyond her call for her patients. We are grateful to have her.

My experience here was not only pleasant but it was a refreshing breath of air in contrast to do many of the other places ive visited in recent years. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to assist me with questions about my appointment, providing me with ample information and resources for billing while not making the monetary aspect of my visit intimidating or scary to discuss or potentially making me fearful of seeking necessary medical treatment due to costs of care which is sadly extremely commonplace virtually anywhere else you go. In addition, the physician was super knowledgeable, she had taken the time to familiarize herself with my situation and upon meeting me had a pretty good picture of what I was there for. She then took the time and care to build a thorough understanding of the full picture, asked me my input and afforded me a reasonable treatment plan and helped to schedule me a followup appointment to review progress and she was absolutely professional and so genuine and caring. She made sure to help me understand the issues im dealing with and discussed with me the importance of not just the bare minimum of medical necessity for my treatment plan but also implementing proper care in my home and with my family (and pets) to prevent reinfection. I was sincerely blown away by the care, concern, compassion and overall very genuine efforts put forth by this provider to be receptive and truly help me to get better. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing to be seen and plan to remain in her care for any corresponding treatment. The provider I saw was Dr. Madonna and she is truly a rare and wonderful change from what I am used to. I wish that all interactions with medical providers were as pleasant as well as reassuring and informative.

The nurse was truly helpful.I was in my wheelchair and she came to get me,usually I maneuver myself.Then explained the digit would be coming soon and Dr Biritwum did. Dr Biritwum was very professional.Took her time with my questions .Did not seem like she was rushing like a lot of doctors now.Most of all the ladies who checked me in were very courteous.
