The CNA seemed pretty cold and unfriendly and I wasn't told I was being swabbed for hep B. I have previously rejected hep b testing and shots so it felt a bit like they were trying to avoid a situation where I could reject it since my previoua refusal would have been in my medical record from my last pregnancy. Not a big deal, but would have preferred more clarity on that.

I love seeing Dr. Castano. I feel like she knows my history and she listens well, but I did feel slightly rushed during the appointment and I felt like I didn't have enough time to quite think about what I needed to say. It felt like the appointment needed to be done very quickly and that's my first experience having that with her. Usually I don't. So it would be nice to feel like I had a little bit more time and that I wasn't rushed out of the appointment.

Dr. Castano is great! I have enjoyed her as my GYN. I will miss her after she retires..

Dr. Castano is absolutely phenomenal. She's intentional with her patients. She remembers their history. She's very thorough and she is just a wonderful physician to be around.

Dr Castano is the best! She is very knowledgeable and attentive to your every concern. I was very lucky to have her as my doctor! The nurses and staff that were very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend this women's clinic!

I feel like Dr. Castano really listened to me and was very reassuring and she was super sweet during my visit.

I really liked my provider. She was really accurate. She explained everything well to me so that I could understand it. And she answered all my questions. And she provided me with what I needed for some symptoms that I was having. So I really love her. And I'm thankful for her being my provider.

I did not find the front desk or nurse to be friendly

I would like to see, as a bit nervous patient, the staff at the front desk smile and greet me as soon as I walk through the door. The staff at the front desk appeared to not like their job and a bit dismissive. Smiling faces always makes one feel welcome and less nervous when seeing a Doctor.

Dr Castano seems like she's been a physician for a long time in the way that she was kind, professional and made information clear to me. She was also very fast and efficient with my appointment which I really appreciated.
