I would like to see, as a bit nervous patient, the staff at the front desk smile and greet me as soon as I walk through the door. The staff at the front desk appeared to not like their job and a bit dismissive. Smiling faces always makes one feel welcome and less nervous when seeing a Doctor.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Lourdes; she answered my questions and was very kind and respectful. The nurse who attended to me was also very good.

Dr Castano seems like she's been a physician for a long time in the way that she was kind, professional and made information clear to me. She was also very fast and efficient with my appointment which I really appreciated.

Your scale is 8 pounds off. Your heart rate monitor does not match mine at home. Both are discouraging. There is no natural solution offered for weight gain or heart rate or hormone support in menopause. Only expensive tests are offered. Natural solutions exist to flip things simply and easily. Why are these not offered and explained?

For me, the service was very good, the initial attention was excellent, but I felt that the nurse who took my blood pressure and other things was a bit formal. Otherwise, overall, everything was very good with Dr. Castano.
