Dr Castano is the best! She is very knowledgeable and attentive to your every concern. I was very lucky to have her as my doctor! The nurses and staff that were very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend this women's clinic!

I really liked my provider. She was really accurate. She explained everything well to me so that I could understand it. And she answered all my questions. And she provided me with what I needed for some symptoms that I was having. So I really love her. And I'm thankful for her being my provider.

I did not find the front desk or nurse to be friendly

I would like to see, as a bit nervous patient, the staff at the front desk smile and greet me as soon as I walk through the door. The staff at the front desk appeared to not like their job and a bit dismissive. Smiling faces always makes one feel welcome and less nervous when seeing a Doctor.

Dr Castano seems like she's been a physician for a long time in the way that she was kind, professional and made information clear to me. She was also very fast and efficient with my appointment which I really appreciated.

Your scale is 8 pounds off. Your heart rate monitor does not match mine at home. Both are discouraging. There is no natural solution offered for weight gain or heart rate or hormone support in menopause. Only expensive tests are offered. Natural solutions exist to flip things simply and easily. Why are these not offered and explained?

Dr. Castano is always helpful, listens, and is willing to explain everything when I have questions. She never seems that she is in a rush or too busy to answer my questions. I really appreciate this about her.
