Amazing experience from check in to check out. Dr. Machin was absolutely wonderful and answered all my questions in not only a knowledgeable and professional manner but also genuinely seemed to care about my wellbeing. The lady that works in the lab (she told me her name but i forgot) was also amazing and very friendly. Once again the entire staff was great!!

i personally loved this place. you guys were unbelievably kind to me and i felt like i was listened to. you all made me feel so comfortable and helped me in every way i asked for. i'm excited to come back for my next appointment.

Dr. Machin was an amazing doctor. She was gentle and explained every step along the way. I explained issues I was worried about she listened and then recommended blood work to follow up with my concerns. I am very happy with the entire team. Everyone was polite, professional and kind. I am happy to have found an office that will listen and take care of the patients. If you have any questions or concerns reach out to this office and ask to see Dr. Machin.

They were very kind to me at the office, on the phone, and in person on the day of my appointment. They were very punctual. Dr. Machin was very kind to me; she made me feel very comfortable listening to my concerns, explaining things, and clarifying my doubts. I appreciated that Dr. Machin took the time to see and examine me. Another positive aspect for me is that the doctor also speaks Spanish, which made me feel more at ease since I was able to find someone who spoke my language.

My experience was very calming, and the professionalism was A1! I only wish I had found this facility and doctor many years ago. I would definitely recommend her to any and everybody!

I thought the office was very calming. The music that was playing was very relaxing and the environment of the office was really well done. I felt welcome and I was a new patient there but had been a patient of Dr. Machin's. My whole experience was wonderful. Thank you so much. Bye-bye.

Very good experience from reception to doctor and all the way around. Everyone was pleasant and helpful...just like it was before becoming a First Health provider.
