We were there for an hour and half when the appointment itself took less than 2 minutes.

Dr Lowery was very through and professional

Front should research a little, rather than information "they have in here states your new patient" Im not new. Fortunately there isn't an extra charge. There all busy. Lately FH makes you feel like a number. But all is good.

Wonderful provider

Excellent experience.

I am always very pleased with Dr. Lowery. I have been a patient of his for going on 7 years. He always ensures you feel heard and are comfortable. Not sure who the RMA was yesterday, but it was a bit scattered. Not a terrible experience by any means, but a little bit more jumbled than in the past.

Dr. Lowery was so nice, caring and knowledgeable. Went through a difficult situation and he was very kind, great bedside manner.

Very professional clean environment and friendly staff. I am thankful that I was able to be seen since my provider is out on medical leave.

The nurses checking me and doctor were wonderful! However, was miscommunication from check-out and getting labs done. My check out time was about 2 hour wait. No one seemed to notice I was waiting for the check-out from any of the nurses or staff on duty. When I asked to be checked out, they didn't even know who I was or have my paperwork (even though- I followed the lab tech to person who was suppose be checking me out). There seemed alot of miscommunication from lab tech, staff checking out, and the patient. Especially if this was their first time visiting the office.

Dr Lowery was amazing. I felt comfortable and heard with him and never felt rushed during my appointment.

It was my first visit and Dr. Lowery and his medical assistant were very professional and helpful. The lady that checked me out and set up my follow up appointment couldn't have been nicer!

Dr. Lowery is one of the best physicians at First Health. He really listens and cares. He is an all-star clinician.
