It was my first visit and Dr. Lowery and his medical assistant were very professional and helpful. The lady that checked me out and set up my follow up appointment couldn't have been nicer!

On my stay, I had a wonderful experience with the nurse. Once the doctor came in and I explained to him what was going on with me, I feel that my needs wasn't met, so I decided not to pursue him being my doctor. I took his service, my insurance paid for it. However, he wanted a follow-up and I did not set up a follow-up with him because I felt like his bedside manners, I felt like he didn't understand or had any compassion on what I was going through. So I decided to find someone else that could understand my situation and relate or just sympathize with what I was going through as a patient. So I wouldn't be recommending him to anyone I know. Yeah.

I requested an interpreter, and she was very kind. The service from both her and the doctor was excellent; they were very compassionate and clear in their explanations. Thank you.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Lowery. Overall, the experience was great. He listened to my concerns as well as taking the time to explain the issue I was having. He was thorough and took his time. He made sure to address any questions that I had, instead of rushing through. Very thankful to have been able to get some clarity on my issues.
