This was my first appointment. Very happy!

On my stay, I had a wonderful experience with the nurse. Once the doctor came in and I explained to him what was going on with me, I feel that my needs wasn't met, so I decided not to pursue him being my doctor. I took his service, my insurance paid for it. However, he wanted a follow-up and I did not set up a follow-up with him because I felt like his bedside manners, I felt like he didn't understand or had any compassion on what I was going through. So I decided to find someone else that could understand my situation and relate or just sympathize with what I was going through as a patient. So I wouldn't be recommending him to anyone I know. Yeah.

I requested an interpreter, and she was very kind. The service from both her and the doctor was excellent; they were very compassionate and clear in their explanations. Thank you.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Lowery. Overall, the experience was great. He listened to my concerns as well as taking the time to explain the issue I was having. He was thorough and took his time. He made sure to address any questions that I had, instead of rushing through. Very thankful to have been able to get some clarity on my issues. The entire experience is always wonderful! Dr. Lowery is my absolute favorite provider to see at this office. Not only is he very knowledgeable of my medical history, but he also consistently shows genuine concern for me as a person. That means so much because it reflects how deeply he cares about the overall well-being of his patients. I recommend him to everyone! He is truly one of a kind. His nurse was also extremely pleasant and kind, which made the visit even better. Overall, this appointment was an excellent experience from start to finish. Everybody in the office has been wonderful and the feedback they have, the communication and everything has been very fast response and everybody's been wonderful to me. I love everybody at the office.
