This is the second time I visited my provider and she said that she was sending in my prescription. And again, for the second time, it's already been a week and she has not sent in my prescription. Specifically now, when I told her that I was going to be out of state for three months and I needed my prescription, now I'm having all kinds of problems with the pharmacy because they did not send the prescriptions that I needed.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff

Lauren Williams is amazing. She listens to you and you always feel like she cares about you as a human being. Not just shuffling you through to get to the next patient. She has helped me manage my neuropathy better than anyone before her. I am able to work and support my family because she has helped me manage the pain and still be mentally alert and capable of doing my job.

Ms Williams is an excellent PA. Very intelligent and caring.
