Although I have always appreciated the First Health providers throughout, I am particularly appreciative for the time Lauren Williams spent with me. Considering past visits to pain mgt clinics elsewhere, my expectations were not very high. What I appreciate most was the fact that she obviously took the time to read reports from several specialists I'd seen the past 6 months. She gave detailed explanations of my medical issues, answered all of my questions, and the explained the path forward.

I didn't like my last visit at all. Information was told to me by a nurse that the doctor said to me what she didn't say, although she put it in her notes. There has been some discrepancy about my medicine and situation and I was not all satisfied. I think they're trying to keep me out on the low. I'm waiting for a response from them now. Haven't heard back.

Provider is cold and shows little interest. Nursing staff is great.

The waiting room was packed and depressing, I also felt the provider had spent time ahead of time and very prepared, which was great but I was a bit behind and it was all new concepts to me.

With the new parking lot there should be more handicapped parking spots now directly in front of the building!

My visits at the Pain Clinic always allows a full discussion of my feelings and helps in reaching a consensus as to treatment.

It's wonderful when you have a provider that truly cares about you. Wants to help. Wants you to feel better.

The nurse who took my blood pressure was very caring and thorough in confirming my current medications and any refills I might need for pain.

Very good communication with provider. Efficient, effective, and pretty-much comprehensive. Good visit!
