Every time I have an appointment, everyone in the entire office from front desk to Lauren McDonald, I always, am always heard. I feel understood. This is the very first time I've had this experience in my life and this is the gold standard. You guys are the gold standard that every doctor's office should strive to be.

Lauren really sets the standard for health care. I'm a veteran and my wife has been seeing her for around 1.5 yrs. Lauren got more done before we left the parking lot than her previous doctor had accomplished in 3 years. As a vet, we don't typically like going to the doctor but Lauren is the exception. Beyond being professional, she is kind, patient, accommodating, friendly, and makes you feel genuinely cared for. I haven't been to a doctor in years because ... most of us just don't like VA doctors or the system. I'm going now, to Lauren through a VA program called Care in the Community. Lauren and the entire staff at First Health absolutely set the standard of care everyone should be able to enjoy.

Lauren McDonald is awesome! She makes you feel like you are the only one in the office. She is very knowledgeable and is so encouraging. I never dread going to my appointment.
