I was extremely happy with my experience. Mrs. Carriker was amazing. She listened to me. She had a very great bedside manner. So did the nurses, the ladies who checked me in at the desk and in the back who weighed me, and also the lady in the lap who drew my blood. All of them, if you could go back and look and see who they were, they all deserve an honorable mention for sure. They were great. Thank you so much.

Mid wife was gentle and curious

I feel like you did well with the providers and the nurse themselves. The only thing that wasn't really up to my standards was the time of care. I sat in the waiting room with nobody checking on me for well over 30 minutes, which is not a good thing.

The doctors are always great. The amount of time spent in the waiting room to the exam room is usually pretty quick. Staff is friendly getting information, taking vitals, and specimens. The time waiting in the exam room for a provider is most times more than thirty minutes which is unacceptable. The staff doing the scheduling for future appointments at this location (SPWC on Applecross) are rude, they do not listen to the patients, nor let you schedule as directed or discussed with your provider. The whole experience staying on the OB rotation schedule has been horrific due to the scheduling at this location, when scheduling at the SPWC west location (Pinehurst surgical) there are never any issues.

My provider was extremely knowledgeable regarding all questions I asked. It made me feel like I was in good hands.

I love southern pines women's health center and Lauren is great. Only negative feedback I have is I was there almost 2 hours in total it took almost 90 mins for me to be seen by the provider. That's just alot of time to wait for a 10 min appointment time. I arrived for my 10:40 appt at 10:30, and didn't get called back to a room until after 12:00. I do want to say Lauren is wonderful! She always is very understanding and helpful.
