I liked Dr. Madduru. She is a good listener and does not rush the exam. i hope she will stay longer than the last two doctors in Primary Care at First Health Sanford so there is continuity of treatment and Dr./patient relationship. My annual exam was very minimal. It was more like a discussion than a thorough medical exam. There was no urinalysis, Proctal, testes or occult stool exam.

This was our first patient visit to establish a new PCM since we moved. It was a great experience! It's very nerve wracking trying to get accustomed to a new doctor. Dr. Madduru was wonderful! She took the time to get to know us and truly listened! The nurse was also very sweet and attentive!

Dr. Madduru was very personable, took plenty of time, and listened to my concerns, which I greatly appreciate as a professional. I certainly feel cared for and I look forward to having her work with me for my future health care needs.

I went for a physical and didn't feel like I was checked like I usually am for my physical. No range of motion checks, reflexes, breathing or pushing on the belly. It felt more of a conversation than a physical to me.

For some reason the facility did not have access to my records from Portland OR. I had been in two weeks previous to this appointment to fill out the forms to make this happen. Not sure why there was a delay.

I'm a new patient and really appreciated the care I received and the fine care Dr. Madduru gave me. She asked pertinent questions, listened carefully to my responses and made me feel safe and comfortable in her care. It was an excellent experience and I'm now glad to be part of the FirstHealth System.

My first time seeing Dr. Madduru.

switched to new primary care after retiring from army. Nurse Nadia and Dr Madduru were very helpful in listening to my medical history and getting me setup for continued care and in filling out paperwork for to retrieve my medical record history from the military. the facility was clean and wait times were short. All of the staff I interacted with was friendly.

New patient so no med history yet. Doc listened, seemed knowledgeable, and was practical and thorough. We got in early!

I have been coming to First Health (FH) and I have never been more disappointed in the services I received. This is my THIRD primary doctor since coming to FH and while this doctor appeared knowledgeable, she never referenced my chart or seemed to have previous knowledge of my previous conditions. I have been a patient at FH for years; I even recommended FH to my husband and many coworkers. Sadly, we both have noticed the care, attentiveness to patient care, and professionalism has drastically dropped significantly. For example, I was asked (by the nurse ) if I wanted a Pap smear instead of looking at my chart and noticing it had been 5 years since the last one. Secondly, visit was rushed and I didn't feel as though I was cared for properly and honestly left with feeling uncertain regarding my care. I have never had an experience like this before. Additionally, the new system of check out to go get labs is confusing and unnecessary...the doctor gave me a piece of paper, left the room and gave no further instructions. I ended up going to the wrong window to check out only to find the nurse looking for me. I have never had this level of confusion before; previously I've always know my next steps after each visit with my first two doctors. This felt more like a clinic visit instead of a professional medical environment that places patient care first. I am very disappointed and sad to see the changes First Health (Sanford Location) has made. The only bright side was the care I received from the lab nurse (who is always caring, professional, and kind) I'm not sure why these changes have occurred but I do t feel these changes are taking FH in the right direction.

Dr. Madduru was everything I could have hoped for! I am looking forward to a long future as my doctor! Thank you so much!

This was my first time meeting Dr. Madduru and she definitely listened to my concerns, and she explained the steps she needed to take, to further assist my concerns, and next appointments,I would recommend her to family and friends as I'm looking forward to her as my new Primary Care Dr. And her kindness made me smile as well as her staff?
