My issue was with the staff checking in. I patiently waited for the receptionist that was at the primary care window assist the walk in receptionist with a patient. No problem, I waited but what really made the visit frustrating is that neither receptionist acknowledged me, a simple I will be right with you would have helped. I know I stood there for at least 10 minutes. It took the kind lady that was making copies to tell them that I was standing there in plain sight for 10 minutes when were they gonna check me in. Their lack of professionalism made the whole experience bad.

I had an amazing experience with my provider and all of the nurses and medical assistants on staff. Everyone was wonderful. I believe I accidentally hit a one instead of a four at some point. If you guys could change that to a four, that would be amazing. Yes, great experience with First Health and my provider.

Dr Madduru and her nurse come across as very capable, caring and professional. Excellent addition to the First Health system. Wish there were more medical professionals like them.

There is no communication about delays. It was 35 mins after my scheduled time at 8am before I was even seen.
