Yes, the provider was very knowledgeable and she was very understanding of what was going on with me and explained, definitely explained to me the reason for the biopsy. And so I was very satisfied with that.

I love this practice it doesn't matter if the company name changed this office has always upheld great values and professionalism.

Once in the examination room the wait was extremely long. However, Dr. Gordon did apologize.

Staff is always wonderful. I absolutely love the doctor. She is wonderful, caring for me, explaining, educating me. And I also recommend my family. So my family, we all come to her because she is awesome. And I give her, if I could give her 100, I will give her a 100 because that's the care that I receive every time that I come to her. And her staff, so wonderful. Thank you all for everything.

My wife and I appreciate all of the staff help and kindness especially Dr. Lakshmi Gordon. She has always been awesome for the last 9 years at least.

At this visit I meet with a provider I have never had. Not sure if it was a nurse or a doctor because she complete my intake and then proceeded with the appointment. She had no knowledge of my care. Seemed questionable about my concern. Left repeatedly out of my visit to ask about my care from others( which I'm not sure who because they never came to address concern, so not sure if they knew my treatment or reading from a chart). From my last visit I was recommended to see a specialist that this office choose. Which never happened because of the provider suggested was no longer available. There no followup. No other option as a replacement. In order to get another referral another appointment needed to be made to followup on previous concern. This appointment was the worst experience at this location.

Dr. Gordon's bedside manner was top tier! Every person I came in contact with was so friendly and professional. Overall great office.... Highly recommend!

Front the time I walked into the office everyone I came in contact with was very nice and very friendly and the nurses and doctor were amazing and I was in and out in a timely manner.
